1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery time depends on your location. Our standard processing time is 1 to 2 business days before dispatch.

3. How can I change my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address:

• While placing your order, or
• By editing your details on your Account Page before the order is shipped.

You can track your order anytime by visiting our Order Tracking Page and entering your order details.

5. What should I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Please message us as soon as possible via WhatsApp at +91 9016805291 so we can try to update it before your order is dispatched.

6. Do you ship outside India?

Currently, we only ship within India. International orders are not supported at the moment.

7. Will my order come in one package?

Yes. We make sure your order is shipped in a single secure package.

8. How can I check a product’s authenticity?

For maximum assurance, you can email the brand directly with your product pictures. We source only from official importers and certified partners to ensure 100% authenticity.

9. Where can I find the expiry date of the product?

Every product on our website has a long shelf life (12+ months). The expiry date is printed clearly on the packaging.

10. What happens if I receive a Fake product?

If the brand/importer confirms in writing that the product purchased from Young India Nutrition is counterfeit, we will compensate you with 10x the order value.

11. Do you offer post-purchase consultations?

Yes! We offer free consultations for our customers. Simply WhatsApp us your order number, and our team will call you to assist.

12. Which courier services do you use for deliveries?

We work with Shiprocket, DTDC, and other trusted delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
