1. General
• All orders are subject to stock availability.
• We strive to maintain accurate inventory counts, but occasionally discrepancies may occur.
• If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will:
o Ship the available items, and
o Contact you to choose between waiting for restock or receiving a refund for the unavailable item.
2. Shipping Costs
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
• Shipping fees are collected at the time of purchase and are final.
3. Returns
3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind requests only if:
• The return request is submitted on the day of delivery
• The product is in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and arranged independently
Refunds will be issued as store credits after deducting forward and return shipping charges.
3.2 Warranty Returns
We honour valid warranty claims if submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Customers pre-pay return shipping (reimbursed upon claim approval)
• Once approved, customers may choose:

4. Delivery Terms

4.2 International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India.

• Orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Dispatch days: Monday – Friday (excluding national holidays).
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
We can update your delivery address anytime before dispatch.
4.5 P.O. Box & Military Addresses
• We can ship to P.O. Boxes via postal service only.
• Military addresses may have limited service depending on courier availability.
4.6 Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, your order will be held until the item is available, unless you request partial dispatch.
4.7 Product Flavours
If you do not specify a flavour in the order notes or via WhatsApp, a random available flavour will be sent.
4.8 Delivery Delays
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us for investigation.
5. Tracking Notifications
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment’s progress.
6. Damaged Parcels
• If the parcel arrives damaged, reject delivery if possible and contact us immediately.
• If delivered in your absence, send photos/videos to our support team for next steps.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
• Not applicable for domestic orders.
